Boomer Advertising created a logo for Swan Quarter Landing based on the client's request to use the community's official fish, the Red Drum, a gamefish plentiful off the North Carolina coast. The weathervane looks across the exact view a homeowner would see from his or her balcony.
This logo was created by Boomer Advertising, for the Eastern Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation as a public service, gratis project. Our task was to capture the heritage of flight in eastern North Carolina, from the flight of the Wright Brothers to the present time.
As Tooley Harbour was named for Elizabeth Tooley, a local pub owner in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, the logo designed by Boomer Advertising reflected the sense of history behind the name and community. The logo design is used in all advertising materials.
Somerset is a community in Washington, North Carolina designed for people looking for a fresh approach to life. The logo design Boomer Advertising created uses a simple, elegant typeface with leaves growing from them. The logo is used in all advertising materials and media.
The Bill's Pet Shop Logo is a fun, simple logo showing the range of pets and pet supplies offered at the shop. The logo needed to work well in black and white as the store uses a lot of newspaper advertising. Bill's Pet Shop is located in New Bern, Havelock and Morehead City, North Carolina.
Since the CEO of Coastal Yacht Hangar is an American Airlines pilot, it made sense to use the wings and ship's wheel for the corporate logo. Coastal Yacht Hangar is located in historic Beaufort, North Carolina.
The IBX Golf logo designed by Boomer Advertising uses simplicity in typeface and graphics. IBX creates golf packages throughout eastern North Carolina for clients around the world.
The Five Monkeys Trading logo design came from the company owner. Her own kids inspired the company name Five Monkeys, and since it is a spice company with ties to the Pacific Rim, using eastern inspired art was a natural.
The company was designed to feature in-home cooking lessons, so a fun, classic logo design was created for Common Sense Common Cooking.
The Swift Creek Plantation Logo designed by Boomer Advertising touts the country appeal of its rural location just outside New Bern, North Carolina, and southern hospitality associated with this equestrian community.
Boomer Advertising designed this logo for Showtime Western Wear, Jacksonville, North Carolina. It was used on the new website Boomer Advertising built for Showtime Western Wear.
Dr. Lance wanted a logo that was both contemporary and friendly. The stylized "L" in the logo, and simple, elegant font accomplished her objectives. The logo is used in all marketing materials - website, advertising, corporate ID materials, and signage.
Belle Hall Gardens is an elegant condominium community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The logo design Boomer Advertising created emplifies this elegance, and was carried through all marketing elements.

Riverstation is a community in historic New Bern, North Carolina. As the community is on the edge of the New Bern historic district, the logo design needed to reflect the community's 300 year history.
A custom CD, with music selected by Boomer Advertising, and attractive packaging, made the perfect direct mail for the Holiday Season. The Boathouse is located in historic Beaufort, North Carolina.
Located in historic Beaufort, North Carolina, the brochure design for The Boathouse at Front Street Village capture the proud maritime heritage of the area. Inside, a beautiful rendering of The Boathouse is revealed, along with a pocket for more information and a business card.
A custom video production was created entirely at Boomer Advertising for Swan Quarter Landing, Swan Quarter, North Carolina. The packaging for the DVD won an Internation Summit Creative award. The theme of the DVD packaging was carried through on all marketing materials for the community.
A relaxed approach was used in the brochure design and other collateral materials for Somerset. The community focuses primarly on retired Baby Boomers who lead active lives. The community is located in the historic, riverfront town of Washington, North Carolina.
A custom video production was produced at Boomer Advertising for Coastal Yacht Hangar, in historic Beaufort, North Carolina. The DVD packaging consisted of a metal tin container, brochure, velum closure and magnetic business card.
The brochure design for Coastal Yacht Hangar, Beaufort, North Carolina was simple and compact, to be included in the custom DVD container. The graphic treatment was used throughout the marketing campaign - website, advertising, collateral, corporate ID materials.
The letterhead design for Coastal Yacht Hangar used the same graphic elements as all other marketing materials - website, advertising, and online marketing.
Boomer Advertising created a fun giveaway for Coastal Yacht Hangar for their appearance at the Miami Boat Show. A remote control yacht was the prize. Visitors as the boat show filled in specially created forms, and information was gathered for future marketing efforts.
Boomer Advertising created the apparel worn by Miami Boat Show representatives, and custom logo hats were given to interested prospects.
Boomer Advertising created this direct mail for Parkway Huyundai, Wilmington, North Carolina, to announce new models and specials. The car on the cover was Photoshopped in place, which was especially tricky through the car windows and lighting the car to match the background.
The Belle Hall Gardens brochure design reflected the elegance of the community. It was designed by Boomer Advertising to appear to both first time homeowners and retirees, the two primary markets for the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina community.
Swift Creek Plantation is an equestrian community just outside historic New Bern, North Carolina. Boomer Advertising created a brochure and marketing campaign that reflected the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This look was carried over to the website design and marketing materials.
This was our own holiday card for 2009. It included individual calendar postcard pages, mounted in a CD jewel case. Each month would show separately as one switched out the pages month to month.
The brochure design proposed for The Wye, a bungalow community in historic Beaufort, North Carolina, show the serenity of the area. The seafaring nature of the community was also a primary focal point.

The Havelock Events Center needed a brochure that would show off its facilities to potential large group bookings, in particular weddings, military events and corporate meetings.

The stationary package Boomer Advertising designed for the East Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation uses four different planes from throughout eastern North Carolina's heritage.
Duocraft originally approached Boomer Advertising to create a direct mail campaign. After doing some research, we found creating a series of newspaper inserts to be included in five community papers in the New Bern area would save the client one third of his original budget.
Boomer Advertising created this newspaper and magazine ad series for Lance Family dentistry to announce its opening. People literally walked in to the dentistry practice carrying the ads. The practice was to full capacity in a matter of a couple months.

A series of magazine and newspaper ads were created for Swan Quarter Landing. The ads focused on both the remote location of the community and the myriad of natural wonders eastern North Carolina.

Bradley's Jewelers wanted to focus on younger marines stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. After a focus group conducted by Boomer Advertising of marines in the area, we found the only media they had in common was MySpace. The MySpace series ran in just one NC zip code.
A series of newspaper ads created for Somerset, Washington, North Carolina, used a bit of humor to convey the many benefits of living at the community. The ad series won an International Summit Creative award.

Every week Bill's Pet Shop needed ads that both acted as image ads and a weekly specials ads. Boomer Advertising updated the ads weekly to accomplish this goal, and direct readers to the Bill's Pet Shop website for further online specials, updated puppy lists and store information.
Showing Blackbeard the pirate with golf clubs and a series of circular time indicators, Boomer Advertising created newspaper and magazine ads that reflected the historic nature of Beaufort, North Carolina, home of North River Club.
Lake Tyler needed to increase traffic through the development to encourage sales. Boomer Advertising created a multi-media campaign of newspaper, television and online ads that focused on the rebate for first time homebuyers. Using The Rush Is On theme added urgency to the message.
La Casa focused on creating home for first time buyers and young families that offered features usually found in more expensive homes. That sense of quality was the focus of an ad series created by Boomer Advertising. The theme carried through to two websites Boomer created for the developer.

This ad series was created by Boomer Advertising for The Flame Restaurant and Banquest Center to announce the opening of the Banquet Center in New Bern, North Carolina. As the Center could seat up to 400 people, we used a bit of humor to make the point.
Boomer Advertising created a "name recognition" campaign for Chef Smoke of The Flame Restaurant. We set up a website people could go to to ask Chef Smoke cooking questions. Answers were published every other week in the local newspaper.

Originally Ellis Development approached Boomer Advertising to do a single, full page ad in area newspapers pointing out some of the overstatements of media regarded the housing market. Boomer Advertising created a series of quarter page ads that would run over an entire month, for the same budget.
Along with naming the community based on historic facts for the Apex, North Carolina area, Boomer Advertising created this ad series for the new community. Note all demographics are included in the series, based on the potential market for the community.

Boomer Advertising created a new website front page that focused on the main benefits of The Boathouse at Front Street Village, Beaufort, North Carolina. We also created online ads to run on the Soundings magazine website and distributed in the Soundings subscriber email newsletters.
The marketing website for Swan Quarter Landing focused on the beauty of the area. Special features on the website included and interactive locater map, a list of hundreds of animal species in the area, scrolling elevations and floorplan, and interactive reply form. This is an entirely flash website.
The flash website for Somerset is literally the community's brochure come to life. Pages turned to reveal different features and benefits of the community. The graphic design is a direct reflection of all marketing elements for Somerset.
The flash website Boomer Advertising created for The Flame Restaurant and Banquet Center is another page turning website, reflective of a restaurant menu.
The simple HTML website Boomer Advertising created for Swift Creek Plantation walks the viewer through the beauty of the community and points to historic elements of New Bern, North Carolina. The same graphic design elements were used throughout the Swift Creek Plantation marketing materials.
Coastal Children's Clinic offers pediatric services to children throughout eastern North Carolina. Several graphic elements were used throughout the site that would appeal to adults and children alike.
The HTML website for Coastal Marketing and Development walks the viewer through the properties offered, showing beautiful photographs of the properties and area. The nautical, natural theme of the site is based on the community's locations in eastern North Carolina.
The full flash Bill's Pet Shop site is as fun as it is beautiful and functional. The base of the site is a fully functional aquarium, with fish, bubbles and sound effects. The website offers a weekly specials page, Pet Advice page, kid's coloring page ("color the fish and bring to store for free fish"),
The original Coastal Yacht Hangar flash website offered a homepage for seafarrers. It was as if you were standing on a boating, drifting back and forth at dock. The background scenery also drifted back and forth. Inside, specific features and benefits of the product were show within the nautical theme.
The La Casa corporate website needed to show the high quality of homes built by La Casa, along with a warmth that would appeal to first time homebuyers. The La Casa site is totally flash, with elements that float in and off the pages.
One of the communities offered by La Casa, The Commons at Archdale website reflects the corporate site, but has elements of its own to keep it distinct. This is a simpler HTML version of the corporate website.
The Havelock Events Center website is a simple HTML site. Elegant graphics and inviting copy, with inset photographs that enhance each page, make up the site. A gallery is included to show specific features and benefits of the Havelock Events Center.

Textraw has many benefits over traditional "real" pine straw. On the homepage of this HTML site is a slideshow on top that shows each of the main benefits over pine straw.
This website was designed to show the warm and helpful nature of the realtor. Simple navigation allows the viewer to go from buyer, seller, and area pages. This is a simple HTML site.
The East Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation website takes viewers through the history of aviation in eastern North Carolina.
The Cookie Couture flash website is a full e-commerce site. Viewers can order cookies directly on the site with links to PayPal.
PM Productions is a photo studio located in Maui, Hawaii. An extensive gallery is included to show the photographer's work, along with a packages page, about us, and contact page. This is a full flash website.
The owner of IBX Golf needed her website to show all the venues she represented throughout eastern North Carolina. This fully optimized website was created with a combination of flash and HTML copy elements. Beautiful photography showed the courses, area and hotels offered by IBX Golf packages.
The homepage of the BearTown Bakery and Bistro site put the viewer at a table with a steaming cup of coffee and newspaper (with feature article headlines that would change as events occurred at the restaurant). Simple navigation, beautiful photography, and warm copy made up this simple HTML site.
Tooley Harbour was named by Boomer Advertising for Elizabeth Tooley, for whom, it is believed, Elizabeth City, North Carolina was named. The website reflects the historic nature of the town, and includes photography that shows off the area. Nautical elements were used throughout.

This website is probably the most fun we've ever created. It's an interactive kitchen, with drawers that open, refrigerator that opens, working tv monitor, working faucet, hissing pan, interative calendar, and logos on the refrigerator linked to sponsor websites. The phone rings and links to contact page.
